Each cabin has its own comfortable living room, kitchen, and bathroom. They range in size from one to three bedroom. The cabins are located within walking distance to Rock Creek Lake and are just 2 miles down the road from the popular trailhead Mosquito Flats that leads to beautiful Little Lakes Valley.

Important Information

A minimum stay of three nights is required for our one and two bedroom cabins. A minimum stay of four nights is required for Cabin 3 and 8.
We have a strict no pets policy in our cabins and cabin area.
All of our cabins are nonsmoking/non-vaping. In consideration of all our customers, we ask our guests who do smoke to please do so outside the cabins and far enough away to have no affect on other guests. Please dispose of ashes and butts responsibly. Throwing butts on the ground is not only littering, it can start a forest fire.
If a cabin is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning or maintenance, additional fees will be charged.
Check in time is 4 P.M. Check out time is 10 A.M.
We generate our own electricity, so please avoid bringing high wattage electrical appliances.
There is no WiFi or cell phone service in Rock Creek Canyon.
The kitchens are complete with a gas oven and stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided; however, these are housekeeping cabins. Daily maid service is not available. Guests may exchange dirty linens at our store during their stay.
Our cabins are at 9,700 feet in elevation. Please take into consideration the high altitude before making a reservation with us. We do not give refunds due to altitude sickness. For tips on how to avoid or lessen altitude sickness, click here.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Due to our intimate size and remote location, we strictly adhere to our policy. In order to receive a deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the check in date. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, a refund will only be given if the cabin is re-rented for the nights originally reserved. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee applied to all cancellations regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

In the case of late arrivals or early departures, guests are responsible for the full number of days reserved. The Resort cannot assume responsibility for weather conditions, smoke from wildfires, personal injury, emergencies, illness, or other situations not in our control. By booking your stay with us, you are agreeing to honor our cancellation policy.

Reservations and cancellations must be made by phone; however, you can email us to inquire about availability. In order to hold a reservation, a deposit of a three nights stay is required.
