GENERAL CABIN INFORMATION
Make yourself at home in one of our secluded mountain cabins!
Each unit has its own comfortable living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The cabins range in size from one to three bedrooms. The kitchens are complete with a gas oven and stovetop, electric refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided; however, these are housekeeping cabins. Daily maid service is not available. Guests may exchange dirty linens at our store if needed during their stay.
A minimum stay of three nights is required during the peak summer season.
All of our cabins are nonsmoking. In consideration of all our customers, we ask our guests who do smoke to please do so outside the cabins and dispose of ashes and butts responsibly.
We have a strict no pets policy in our cabins.
Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m.
We generate our own electricity, so please do not bring high wattage electrical appliances.
There is no WiFi or cell phone service in the canyon. The only public phone in the canyon is a pay phone located out front of the Resort in the parking lot.
Reservations and cancellations must be made by phone ; however, you can email us to inquire about availability. In order to hold a reservation, a deposit of a three nights stay is required. A deposit is due within 10 days of making a reservation.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the guest will only receive a refund if the cabin can be re-rented during the nights that were reserved. A $50.00 service charge is applied to all cancellations.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, guests are responsible for the full number of days reserved. The Resort cannot assume responsibility for weather conditions, personal injury, emergencies, illness, or other situations not in our control. Any unused portion of a reservation cannot be refunded unless we are able to re-rent the vacancy.
If a cabin is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning or maintenance, additional fees will be charged.
